I UNDERSTAND THE COMMUNITY INTEREST CALCULATION IN THE MOORE MARSDEN RULE HOWEVER DO I STILL HAVE AN INTEREST IN THE EVENT THE REAL PROPERTY IS SOLD , SAY , A COUPLE OF YEARS IN THE FUTURE(POST DIVORCE)?
Hi GEOBENIEL,
As far as I know, the property will be divided between both of you during the divorce according to Moore Marsden calculations. So I don't think later on you will again get a share from the same property when it is sold.
Thanks
