My mother is not an heir to the land, does she still have rights to the mobile home. What can I do in order to enforce that the mobile home be vacant in a timely manner,so that my mother can move it. My father has told me that the mobile home is for their children. But recently allowed someone eles to move in.And doesn't know how to get the people out.
Hi chismsherill!

Welcome to forums!

If your mother's name is mentioned on the property deed, then she can claim her share in that property. A verbal agreement won't help. If your father has provided you with a written deed mentioning you as well as your siblings as the owners of the property, then you'll be able to claim the property and ask the other person to move out of it.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
