my grandmother wants to give me her property and the home on it. she has no morgage. The house is paid for. how do i go about putting my name on the deed

As the property is free and clear, your grandmother should sign a warranty deed in order to transfer the property to you. She can contact an attorney and he/she will assist her in drafting the deed.
