Warranty Deed

I signed a Warranty Deed to my ex-wife in 1999 that gave her sole ownership of the property. Since then, she has had trouble making the payments and has agreed to let me back into the Property and the Deed. Her and I are still on the Mortgage together. How should I go about this??
Hi wreidcad,

You can ask her to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name back into the property deed. As your name is already on the mortgage, there is no need to refinance the loan.
