we are in the process of buying a home for my son and daughter in law to live in with their 4 children, can their names be on the title of the house with entirety if something happens to us, without them being on the financing of the property.
Hi ktittiger!
Welcome to forums!
Yes, you can include your son and daughter-in-law's name in the property deed. I suppose you want to take the mortgage in your name only which I don't think will be an issue. However, I would suggest you to inform the lender once about the property deed when you take the mortgage.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
