My husband passed away a couple of years ago and in my grief I never thought about the ramifications of adding my daughter to my deed. I now think it was a mistake. How can I have her removed from the deed?
Hi kappy,

You will have to ask your daughter to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer her share of the property to you. Once she signs and record the deed, you will become the sole owner of the property.

Thanks
