My wife and I need to get our name off title/ from a single family residence...We were added to title two years ago. The property is in my brother in law and his wife's name. We need to get offf title

you can sign a quitclaim deed in your brother in law and his wife's name and transfer the property to them. but you should remember that if your name is on the mortgage, then it will not be removed by the help of a quitclaim deed. in order to take your name off the mortgage, brother in law and his wife's name has to refinance the mortgage in their name.
