Deed transfer

Me and my husband own this house no more mortgage on it now if we want to transfer the deed in my name only what is the best way to do it? inter spousal transfer deed or any other way. Thanks
If the property is free and clear, i.e., if there's no mortgage on it, then you can use a warranty deed in order to transfer the property to your name. You can ask your husband to sign a warranty deed and get it transferred. In order to draft the deed, you can contact a real estate attorney.
