Can I buy a template from "LegalZoom" or other online sources, fill it out and it will be valid? Do I need to file it with any Agency or just have it notarized and keep it safe? I am in Broward County, FLA.
Thanks!

Welcome amronsan,
Sample ladybird deed forms may be available in order to transfer the property. However, you can show the deed form to an attorney and check out if you've filled it out correctly. Then you need to notarize and file the deed at the county recorder's office.
