My wife and I are getting ready to do no fault divorce, and I want to give her full title to the house.

You can transfer your share of interest in the property to her through a quitclaim deed. The deed needs to be signed by the grantor. In some states though the grantee is required to sign as well. Then it is to be notarized by a notary public and recorded in the county recorder's office.
