Hi fattd!

Welcome to the forums!

You can call the Sheriff's office or the police department who can tell you about the legalities you need to do. You can also give your friend a 72 hours notice and ask him to leave. Tell your friend, that if he/she does not leave the house, then you can call the police.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi fattd!

Giving a 72 hours notice is a better option in my opinion.

Hi J bugz!

Welcome to the forums!

Yes, if they are not in the title of the property or have any right to the property, then you can give them a 72 hours notice and ask them to leave.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
