WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN SOMEONE DIES AND HAS NO WILL. How do you deal with the property loan? What if you are still living in the home and the deceased was your mom.
Hi Guest,
If you are sole heir to your mother's properties, then you'll have to file an affidavit of heirship at the county clerk's office and get the property transferred in your name. As far as the loan is concerned, it will be paid off from your mother's estate.
Thanks
