my ex wife of 12 years has remarried

ex wife of 12 yrs has remarried the house where i lived with our son, she walked away never paid a penny her name is still on deeds the house is paid up this year will she be entitled to half. Sadly our 26 yr old son died 2 yrs ago, Im concerned Il have no where to live?
it must be as per deed she is entitled.

If your wife's name is on the property deed, then she will be entitled to get half of the property. If your name is also on the property deed, then she cannot force you to leave that property. You'll have equal rights to the property.

I would suggest you ask her to quitclaim the property to you so that you can get full ownership of that property. If she is not ready to transfer the property to you, then you can try to buy her out. You can offer her a sum of money and ask her to transfer the property to you.
