Hello there... I recently found an old house. It is creepy but looks great to me! I actually love old homes. I want to look around the home and take a few snaps. But I don't want to be caught for trespass. How do I find out who owns the property?
Hi Guest,
You can check out with the neighbours or you can contact the local county recorder's office in order to find out about the owner of the property.
Take care

Once you get hold of the above details, just take a home inspector along with you to evaluate the property's condition and to see, if it fits your requirement and bill.
Welcome Guest,
Rather than contacting the neighbours, it will be better if you could get in touch with the county recorder's office to know about the owner of the property.
