Ownership of property

Originally when we purchased our home my wife credit was poor so it was deemed that it was better if she had no interest in the home, thus she provided a Quitclaim Deed.

I would like to return things to normal, i.e. 50%/50% ownership from the current 100%/0%.

What is the best way to accomplish this? It is the 50% interest transfer that confuses me a bit, don't know which legal vehicle is the best way.
Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

You can use a quit claim deed in order to add your wife to the property deed. You can contact an attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed and give your wife 50% of the property ownership.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
