Wilshire Holding Group, Inc is company that takes ownership of your home with a deed transfer.... Is this legal? Do I have any liability in the future?
Wilshire has a good rating with the Better Business Bureau, but everyone I talk to is skeptical of what they would be trying to do with the property transfer.

If you are the owner of the property, then you need to sign a quit claim deed and transfer the property to the said company. You will have to record the deed at the county recorder's office in order to make it valid. However, if you have a mortgage on the property, then you would still be liable for it unless the company refinances it.
