Hello there... what type of paperwork work needs to be drawn up for estate handover in the event of death of a person?
It is always better if the deceased person leaves back a will which can be probated and the property can be transferred to the beneficiary.

Even if there is no will, you can file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office and get the property transferred in your name.
