does having power of attorney for a relative allow me to sign for a Lady Bird deed to another relati...I have power of attorney for my aunt who is competent at times but is not competent enough or willing to take any action on legal affairs. Can I with my POA make this decision for her and have a Lady Bird Deed drawn up for another relative other than myself without any legal problems.
