When transferring property under a power of attorney, do I need to mention the power of attorney in the deed itself? Or attach the POA document to the deed?

Hi cantry,

In my opinion, you'll have to attach the POA document with the deed. However, it'll be better if you can contact a real estate attorney in this regard and take his opinion. He'll guide you further in this matter.
