Hello Everyone,
I just got my dad's house in Probate court, and need to get the Deed transfer to my name, can I do this by myself or do I have to have the attorney do it I am already out of pocket with all the court stuff.
Thanks

The probate records should be sufficient. Because that document is filed of record and the it was willed to you. Normally the owner signs the deed over. Since your dad is deceased, the only way the property can be conveyed is through a probated will. In which this case has been done.
Hi
As the will has been probated and the property has been given to you, I believe you have already become its owner. This should be enough to prove your ownership. However you can also file a copy of his death certificate and the proof of your ownership awarded by the court with the county clerk's office to get a new deed in your name.
