i am in probate court over my brothers will. he left me some money, which i have already spent. his wife and daughter want half of what he left me. can they place a lein on my property? the wife lives in illinoise and the daughter in texas

If the money was given to you, then you have sole rights to it. His wife or daughter cannot claim it.
