my name is bin on the tittle more than two years and my mom passed away two months ago and the tax office put the house in my name .now one of my brothers is trying to put it in probate to sell it out from under me is it posible

If your name is on the title to the property, you are definitely a legal owner of the property. Your brother cannot deprive you of your share in the property. Did your mother leave any will or anything whereby she left the property solely in your name? Is she did, your brother cannot claim any interest in the property. Even if she did not leave any will, you can still have ownership rights to the property as your name is listed on the title.
