MY GRANDMOTHER PASS AND LEFT HER HOUSE BY WILL TO MY NEICE AND MYSELF, BUT WE THE HAVE THE MONEY TO ACTIVATE THE WILL IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE WE MAY BE ABLE TO DO.
Hi Trace,
The will needs to go through the probate procedure after which your grandmother's property would get divided between you & your neice as per the instructions given in the will. The probate is necessary to prove validity of the will.

"BUT WE THE HAVE THE MONEY TO ACTIVATE THE WILL"
Do you mean to say you do not have the funds to pay for expenses related to probate of the will? Or are you referring to something else?

Hi trace:
In order to activate the will, probate procedure is required as said by Niicss. Now probate includes two types of costs. One is the actual court cost which amount to a few hundred dollars. The real cost is paying to the attorney. Then you need to invest some more dollars. But the probate cost varies from state to state. So if you can tell in which state you are, we may advice you further.

Probate of a will is necessary as it is used to prove that this will is the will maker's final statement about distribution of his property. So you need to arrange some funds to complete the probate process. After you get your shares from property distribution you can pay back the individuals from whom you arrange the funds.
