You can sign a quit claim deed and add your wife's name to the property deed. Once you do so, she would also become one of the owner's of the property.

You will have to quitclaim your property to your wife. A quitclaim deed is a legal document that helps to transfer the granter's share of interest in the property to the grantee, without warranting the rights in the property, for example the ownership right. Once the deed ids signed she too will become a part of the property's title.
As all above suggested you for quitclaim deed that is correct approch but i will like to add in it that please register it in country's office.
