My Mother has several properties that are listed as warranty deeds with vendors lein. She wants to deed these properties with vendor leins to her daughters. How can this be handled with little or no expense.

Your mother can use a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the property to her daughters. The lien holder can come after the daughter in order to collect the debts.
