Quit Claim Deed

i refinanced my home and added my spouse. the home is now in both are names. will a quit claim deed be the right choice? who is the grantor? the title is in both our names. mine as the primary, his as the secondary?

what are you trying to achieve ? If both of you on the loan and both of you on the title? Are you trying to remove yourself or your spouse from having interest in the property?
