Hi rick,
Though your uncle lived in the property, you are the owner of the property as the quitclaim deed is in your name. Thus, the hospital won't be able to take away the property from you. However, you should contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will go through the matter and let you know what should you do in this matter.
Thanks
