i currently have a living trust in which i forgot to include 2 of my properties. both properties are paid for. what form should i use to put these property in my trust. a quit claim deed or a warranty deed?
Hi ataborda!

Signing a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the properties into a living trust is alright. By this deed, you become the trustee of the living trust. As you will be the trustee, you do not need to sign a warranty deed.
