Hi. I posted, and later revised, a question on the Deeds, Property Transfer and Estate Planning forum, but am concerned that it will be overlooked as it has fallen down the list. I could really use any advice, as my husband is pushing for me to sign a property settlement agreement so he can get a divorce. Thank you, and I'm sorry for multiple postings.
