Mother passes 4 children on will. 1 Child would like to purchase property threw inheritance monies. Can this be done with a quick claim deed?
Hi Lindas,
The will needs to be probated. Once the probate is complete and the property is transferred to the 4 children, then 3 of them can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer it to the one who wants to buy the property.
Thanks

Hi Lindas,
I agree with the opinion of James Hogg. If the property is clear, a warranty deed can also be used in order to get the property transferred to that buyer after the probate gets over.
