i divorced in 2011. the divorce was uncontested. i agreed to pay on a bank note my name is not on to help my ex-wife financially. she said she would refinance and then take over payments. i've been paying on this for two years and she now says she will not refinance and that was never the agreement.
can i change the divorce decree now and stop payment? my name is not on the mortgage, deed or title. i need help!

Welcome couger,
You can take legal actions against her if your divorce decree mentions that she will have to refinance the loan. If your name is not on the mortgage, deed or title, then you're not liable for the loan payments in anyway.
