I am going thru a disolution;have a restraining order against him. He left beginning of the year with help of the officer(gave him the order), found a property 5months later and in the process of buying it. Does he have a right to the property? Have court date for the disolution! Can he refuse to sign a interspousal transfer deed?
Hello schwestrherz,
This would consequently eliminate the added expense of hiring separate attorneys and going through costly courtroom litigation.

Welcome schwestrherz,
It will be better if you could wait till the dissolution is complete and then take the required steps to buy the property. It will make things easier for you. As far as inter-spousal deed is concerned, if your spouse gets an order from the court to sign it, then he cannot refuse it.
