Three siblings obtained real property by inheritance as joint owners. Two owners want to give their share to the third person. What is the best way to transfer the ownership to one person?
Thanks,
Thanks,
Hi hmemsic,
The two owners who want to transfer their share of the property to the other sibling will have to sign a quit claim deed in his/her favor. Their names will be mentioned as the grantor of the property whereas the person to whom it is being transferred will be mentioned as the grantee to the property.
Thanks
