My husband, myself and my daughter are on a deed for her house. There is no mortgage involved. She is now taking a home equity to pay us back and we wish to have our names removed. What type of form should we use?
Hi Sin,
You can use a quitclaim deed in order to remove your name from the property deed and transfer the property to her.

Hi Sin,
At present, if the property is free and clear, then you can even use a warranty deed to remove your name from the deed and give her the sole ownership of the property.
Thanks
