Can my husband who I am still married to but separated from remove my name from the deed to the house. I also think he has remarried.

Unless you sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to your husband, he will not be able to remove your name from the property deed. If he has done any such thing, then it will be considered as illegal and you can take legal actions against him.
