Finding out how to remove myself from a property.

I own a home with my boyfriend and want to take myself off the loan and let him have the property. Can I do that?
He will have to refinance the loan into his name only and you can quit claim the property to him.

I agree with Mike. Ask your boyfriend to refinance the mortgage. Is he can refinance the mortgage then you can quitclaim the property to you. But if your boyfriend cannot refinance then even after quitclaim you will only be removed from the deed but not from the mortgage.
