My father inlaw and mother inlaw are lien holders on the title. We owe the the payments to them. All this taking place in PA. Any help or more information would be great. Thanks
Hi jrchevy!
Welcome to forums!
If your wife remove's her name from the property deed now, it can be considered as a fraud and she would be penalized for it. I would suggest your wife to contact her creditors and negotiate with them so that they reduce the amount and it becomes affordable for her to pay it off.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
