Two cousins own property and now one of the cousins want to transfer the property to the other cousins. The current deed is in both of the cousin's names. There is no lien on this property.
Hi Guest,
The cousin who wants to transfer his share of the property should sign a quitclaim deed in the favor of the other cousin. However, as the property is free and clear, the cousin can use a warranty deed as well. Once he signs the deed, it should be notarized and recorded at the county recorder's office.
Thanks
