Switching the name

Hi..My father-in-law helped me and my husband buy our home. The mortgage has all three of our names on it. How can we change it so just my husband and I are on the mortgage?

You and your husband will have to refinance the mortgage in your names in order to remove your father-in-law's name from the loan doc.
