can a quickclaim deed remove my name from title, the house has no mortgage against it, as it was paid by me thru escrow. i want a trust deed and note issued to repay me ( the existing title is my daughter and her live in they have been together for 14 years)??

You can sign a quit claim deed in order to remove your name from the property deed and transfer it to your daughter. Your name will be mentioned as the grantor whereas your daughter's name will be mentioned as the grantee. As the property is free and clear, you may even use a warranty deed to transfer the property.
