My mother purchased the house 3 years ago in her name , she rents the house to me, my rent pays the mortgage ( so basically I pay the mortgage), We opend a joint bank account where all the house fees come out of.
Can she claim the house on her taxes?
if so how far back can she go to claim taxes?

Though your mother has rented the property to you, the mortgage and the property is in her name. So she will be the person to claim the house on her taxes.
