Can I get a free copy of a rental agreement or is it mandatory for one to take help of an attorney?

Hi Brazen,

You may get free online rental agreement forms and it is not mandatory to take help of a real estate lawyer. However, to be on the safe side, it is advised that you take help of the attorney.

I agree with what Jerry has said. It is always better to take the help of a real estate attorney in order to get the rental agreement or lease agreement drafted.
