I purchased a mobile home that was in repo in 2004. It is paid off and now I would like a title. I can't find anyone that can help me without paying an arm and leg. What can I do to get a replacement title.
Contact your nearest country record center & ask them to replace title on the deed.

Didn't you get the property title when you purchased the mobile home in 2004? You should have received the title then. As Gunz has suggested, you should contact your county recorder's office and try to receive a copy of the property deed.
