Hi vallescarlos,

As the twin brother had reversed the deed in your husband's name, then your husband was the owner of the property. You can transfer the property in your name by filing an affidavit of heirship in the county recorder's office. If your husband had filed the reversed property deed in the county recorder's office, then you can get a duplicate copy of the deed from the county recorder's office.
