i changed my name from father name to my name in muncipallity know tax will come on my name can my mom put case and any chance to taking back the propery
my says that she has write to take back the property putting case on me after four years completion. And also i changed the name in muncipality paying tax.pls help me any rule is their

If the property is in your name, then she will not be able to transfer the property in her name without your signatures. Moreover, she cannot force you to transfer the property.
