When giving up a right of reverter in a property is a quitclaim deed the right document?
Hi brantcaird,
I think a quitclaim deed can be used in this case. However, the language of the deed would be a little different as you are giving up the fight of reverter, and not the title to the property. I'd suggest a consultation with an attorney to find the best and easy way of doing it.
