Welcome youngcaesar.
If you are the co-owner, there must be other owners of the property. But you've said that the others are not on the title to the property. This is quite confusing. So, can you elaborate your situation, so that I can offer some sound advice.

In order to get rights of survivorship, you need to be in joint tenancy form of ownership with the other owner (s) of the property.
Thanks.

Yes I have Joint Tenancy my Brother an I.I just want to get the other people out of my house.Thay dont even pay rent or have there name on the house. Will I need my brother to get them out or can I just go to the court house my self ? Thanks 4 your Reply.
So you mean there are more 2 co-owners on the property. I guess you can go to the court house yourself. However, I feel it's better if your brother and you talk to the other owners and try to convince them in leaving your property. Otherwise, you may get together and file a partition lawsuit .
