I am a titleholder of a family property, which is a double storey building. When the property was purchased, my late mother was also a titleholder. Altogether, my dad, mum, myself and another sister were all titleholders to this house.
In my dad's will, it is written that when my mum passes away, her shares will go to him. When he passes away, his share as well as my mum's will go to another sister and brother who are not titleholders.
Recently, he had requested that I find another house to live in.
What I am eager to find out is whether this is legal, considering that I am a title holder of the property?

Hi tuituboulitia!
Welcome to forums!
If your name is mentioned on the property deed as one of the owners of the property, then your father won't be able to ask you to leave the property. You're one of the owners of the property and no one can force you out of it.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
