This will be included in a Quit Claim Form for Mixhigan. I own a condo in which my 44 year old son resides. He pays everything, taxes, insurance condo fees etc. When my wife and I pass on, we want to quitclaim the place to him so there will be no trouble with his sisters and brother and divorced wife and children.
