My Mother-in-Law passed away and all 3 sons were listed in the will and they have a buyer for the house. She passed awy end of october 2012 and oldest son was named as executor...will at this time take all 3 signatures to seel the real estate?
Hi thic!
Welcome to the forums!
The will needs to be probated so that the property gets transferred in the names of all the 3 sons. Once that is done, all the 3 sons will have to sign the deed in order to sell off the property.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi thic,
As this is a legal matter, it will be better if you could get in touch with a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
Thanks
